Your CRM shouldn't be a filing cabinet. It should hand you today's calls.
Most realtor CRMs store your contacts and then sit there. AgentCRM reads your own book every morning and hands you an action list — who to call, and why, in plain words — with follow-up drafts written in your voice, ready for your thumbs-up. Follow Up Boss charges $69 a month per user for their platform, plus $39 more if you want calling. This is $64 a month, and the setup includes getting your book loaded.
Open it in the morning. It tells you who needs you today. You make the calls. That's the whole routine.

How it works — 3 steps
Your book comes with you
During setup, your contacts get imported — from a CSV or a Salesforce export — with a preview before anything changes and a safe merge: blank fields get filled, nothing you've already got ever gets overwritten. No starting over.
Every morning, a short list
The chief of staff reads your book and builds today's action list, each item with its reason spelled out — a follow-up that's gone quiet, a date that matters, a task that slipped. Yesterday's skipped items come back once, marked, not nagged forever.
Drafts in your voice, sent by you
Follow-ups are drafted the way you talk, ready to copy, tweak, and send yourself. Nothing ever sends itself. You're the agent; the CRM just does the remembering and the first draft.
What you get
- The AI chief of staff — a morning action list built from your own contacts, every item with a plain-words reason. No mystery scores, no "AI insights" fog.
- A memory for every contact — each person carries a memory line computed from their record, so you open a name and remember the story before you dial.
- Follow-up drafts in your voice — written for you, approved by you, sent by you. One tap turns a draft into a task or a plan.
- The escape-hatch import — CSV and Salesforce imports with preview-before-change and a merge that never overwrites what you have. Leaving another CRM stops being a weekend project.
- Your book on your devices — your contacts sync across your own phone and computer under your own access code. And export is always on: your book is yours, CSV out any time, even if you cancel.
- Me. A real person imports your book with you during setup and makes sure your first morning list runs against your real contacts before you pay.
That's the product: contacts, pipeline, tasks, and a chief of staff that works the book with you. No lead marketplace, no ads, no forty-menu platform.
The price, next to theirs
| Per month | What a year costs | |
|---|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss — Grow plan, per user (calling is a separate $39/user/mo add-on) | $69 | $828 — before the calling add-on |
| Lofty — starts at | $449+ | $5,388+ |
| AgentCRM with Memory — this page | $64 | $817 the first year ($49 setup + $64/mo), then $768 a year |
Five bucks a month under Follow Up Boss's sticker, no per-feature add-ons to unlock the parts you'd actually use, and your book gets imported for you instead of by you at midnight. The gap to Lofty isn't a typo — platform money buys a platform; this buys the part that makes your calls happen.
Cheaper CRMs exist — LionDesk starts at $30/mo, Wise Agent at $49. Neither reads your book in the morning and hands you a reasoned call list with drafts in your voice. That's the difference this price is buying, and the trial lets you judge it on your own contacts.
- Founding offer: the first 25 buyers get in at $29 setup + $29/mo, locked for 6 months, then the standard rate. When the cohort fills, it's gone — the standard price above is the real price.
- The setup includes your book imported and your first morning list verified — you pay when that's done and working, not before. Cash or Venmo.
- Month to month after that. No contract, no card on file. Cancel and your exported book goes with you.
One honest note: AgentCRM is also free inside my AgentOS tool shelf for realtors — it's part of the toolkit there. This page is the standalone version: just the CRM, set up for you with your book loaded, no shelf account needed.
The honest part — what this won't do
Standalone AgentCRM does not include Territory. The territory map, race standings, and the referral network live in AgentOS and are not part of this product. This is the CRM — contacts, pipeline, chief of staff, memory — and it's priced as the CRM.
Nothing sends itself. The chief of staff recommends and drafts. Every message still goes out under your name, by your hand, after you've read it. If you want software that blasts your sphere while you sleep, this isn't it — on purpose.
The chief of staff works from your records. It reasons over the contacts, dates, and notes in your book — it doesn't invent triggers or pull in outside data about your people. Garbage in still matters; that's why setup includes a real import, not a shrug.
Who it's for
Solo agents and small teams whose follow-up lives in their head, their texts, and a spreadsheet they're embarrassed by. If your sphere is your business and your problem is working it consistently — not lead flow, working it — this is built for exactly that. If you run a 40-agent brokerage that needs dialers, routing rules, and an admin console, buy the platform; this is sized for the agent who makes their own calls.
Fair questions
I'm stuck in another CRM. How hard is switching, really?
Export your contacts as a CSV (or from Salesforce), and the import shows you a preview of exactly what will change before anything moves. The merge fills blanks and never overwrites what's already there. And during setup, we do your first import together — you're not alone with an upload button.
Does the AI contact my clients on its own?
Never. It builds your morning list and drafts follow-ups in your voice. You read them, you send them — or you don't. Nothing leaves your phone without you.
Can I try it with my real contacts?
Yes — the 7-day trial runs with your book imported, full features. A CRM demo on fake data tells you nothing; judge the morning list against people you actually know.
What happens to my contacts if I cancel?
Export them as CSV any time — during the trial, while you're subscribed, from the lock screen after. Your book is your book. That's the deal in writing, here on the page.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cash or Venmo, no card kept on file, no annual lock-in to get the real price.
